I got the phone call :(

Well I hope everyone had a very nice christmas! I know that I did. It was so much fun going around and visiting with family. I was picking up my room tonight when I got a phone call from Aunt Ang, yes she was scolding me for not having the blog updated. So, I said I would have it updated tonight...knew I had to do it!
Not much is going on. I am working as usually and am on my winter break from school. Finally dwindling down to the last few classes before I am on the waitlist for clinicals. Work is going well. I really enjoy working at RS, but sometimes it is very frustrating with some of the people I work with. I would much rather just work with all guys much less drama that way. Other than that not much else goes on with work and school.
Jared and I are doing great. It seems he makes me smile everyday and we always are having something to talk about. I'm glad Ashley was able to take a picture of him and I even though he looks like he was smoking something, lol. Last monday was my christmas with his family, it was fun. We ate dinner and then went downstairs by the fire to open presents and watch a movie. The family didn't have much money this year, but all the kids went through their own " stuff " in their rooms and each of them put together a gift bag for me. It was by far the best gifts ever. Each of them colored me a picture and made me a card. I recieved a homemade candle from the oldest Alex, Football cards, and a homemade puzzle scott colored for me and from Tori the only girl I recieved a beautiful BIG gold pin with a nice BIG purple gem dangling from it, and a kiss from the youngest Noah. They are such givers. From Jared I recieved a candle warmer that I loved from dutch heritage last year ( I was impressed he remembered ) and an electric blanket...yes folks an electric blanket. He is very practical I suppose lol. It's nice thought def. keeps me warm at night!
Christmas with mom and dad was fun, I got a nice gift from dad and a nice gift from mom...both which are very special to me. This year at grandma babcocks I actually was allowed to take some pictures. It will be nice since grandma never used to let me...and this year she was giving the crooked finger to anyone who was not willingly taking a picture with her. She is doing well, def. gaining some weight which makes me happy. At grandmas I even got a really nice picture of my mom. I will have to upload it sometime. Then at grandm Pughs I got a great picture of her. At first she refused to smile so I had to say something that made her burst into laughter. I simply said " grandma just think of grandpa naked " it worked and I got a great picture.
Anyway I am gonna head to bed soon. I have to work in the morning and I am hopefully seeing jared tomorrow night. I hope that everyone had a very MERRY CHRISTMAS! Love you all!
